We help law firms and corporate law departments increase efficiency, leverage technology more effectively, and use data to drive better business decisions.
Our Mission
To help you succeed.
Many law firms and departments do not have the bandwidth to focus on practice management and legal operations. That’s where we come in. Whether one project at a time, or ongoing consistent operational support, we can help you achieve goals and drive your business forward.

Ellen Nendorf, JD Founder & CEO
Ellen has extensive experience working with lawyers - firms and corporate law departments - to assess current challenges and implement solutions. Most recently, Ellen was with Thomson Reuters, consulting on law department management best practices to meet departmental goals of efficiency and cost savings, and as well as how best to use data to drive decision-making.
Leading up to her career with Thomson Reuters, Ellen was a successful practicing attorney, specializing in insurance defense litigation. She also has extensive experience within the property & casualty insurance industry.
When she’s not nose deep in legal technology, Ellen enjoys traveling with her family. She’s an avid reader, a former yoga instructor, and a haphazard bicyclist.
